Samantha Ruth Prabhu buys lavish duplex in Hyderabad with 6 parking slots, swimming pool for ₹7.8 crore

ITDC INDIA EPRESS / ITDC NEWS :   Samantha Ruth Prabhu has purchased a new house worth ₹7.8 crore in Jayabheri Orange County, located in one of Hyderabad's most posh localities, as per reports.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu became the proud owner of a new home in Hyderabad, which is worth ₹7.8 crore, as per reports. The 3BHK duplex is reportedly located in Jayabheri Orange County, a posh locality in the city, and is on the 13th and 14th floor. The new home bought by Samantha, who will soon be seen in Kushi alongside Vijay Deverakonda, comes loaded with amenities. Samantha also owns a home in Jubilee Hills, where she used to live with her ex-husband, actor Naga Chaitanya. Since 2021, she has reportedly been living in the house with her two pet dogs, Hash and Saasha. Earlier this year, there were also reports that Samantha had purchased a 3BHK apartment with sea views in Mumbai. Samantha is now grabbing attention for investing in another property.

According to real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Samantha's new Hyderabad home comes with six parking slots, reported India Today. "The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor," the report said.

As per the description given on Jayabheri Group's website, Jayabheri Orange County 'houses duplex sky villa on the 13th and 14th floors'. The website further says the gated society comprises of high-end 3BHK and 4BHK apartments spread across four, 14-storey towers.

Samantha's new home will also feature over-the-top facilities and ‘abundant open spaces’. The website said, "The world class clubhouse offers you a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a large swimming pool, indoor games, multipurpose court, well-appointed gymnasium and health club, auditorium and many more facilities."

Samantha has been busy working on Citadel's Indian version. The upcoming show also stars Varun Dhawan. Samantha is collaborating with her The Family Man director duo Raj and DK for the spy series. The first few episodes Priyanka Chopra's Citadel are out after the series premiered on April 28 on Prime Video.

Samantha was last seen in the Telugu film Shaakuntalam. In Shaakuntalam, Samantha played the central character Shakuntala, daughter of Menaka and Viswamithra. The project marked her maiden collaboration with director Gunasekhar. The period drama, which was dubbed and released in Tamil as well as in Hindi, did not manage to gross over ₹10 crore in its opening weekend.
