ITDC India ePress/ITDC News Madhya Pradesh Desk Bhopal: A program sponsored by the Institute of Cooperative Management (Govt. of India), Bhopal in the Radharaman Group, for youth awareness on cooperatives, was organized at Radharaman Engineering College and Radharaman Institute of Technology and Science. Subject expert Dr. Ankit Mudgal ji gave a special lecture on the contribution of cooperatives in villages and urban areas.

The students were also told in detail about many effective schemes run by the Government of India in the cooperative sectors. With the aim of making all the components effective together from the point of view of co-operation and participation, focused on making efforts to move ahead in a planned manner by continuously and contemplating.

The history of cooperatives in India is more than a hundred years old. It is estimated that more than 6 lakh cooperative societies are currently active in the country, due to which crores of people have got employment. The basic objective of cooperative is to make all cooperative members economically and socially powerful. Mr. Rajendra Saxena ji gave the students the knowledge to move forward continuously in cooperation with inspiration and keep moving forward even in adverse circumstances, so that by becoming a successful partner, work in the interest of the country.

Senior Director Dr. P.K. Lahiri deeply explained the bond of cooperation and entrepreneurship to the students. Chairman Mr. RR Saxena gave inspiration and best wishes to the students for intellectual development as well as for contributing to the welfare of the society and the country by understanding deeply the immense possibilities of providing employment. Principal of REC Diploma, Dr. Vishal Gupta expressed his gratitude while thanking everyone wholeheartedly.
