ITDC India ePress/ITDC News Madhya Pradesh Desk Bhopal: With a view to inculcate design consciousness among the students, a design competition was organized by the prestigious Design Institute of Jaipur "Indian Institute of Crafts and Design (IICD)" in association with The Iconic School.

 All the participants in the competition were given a 10 inch diameter ceramic plate on which they had to display their imagination on the theme "India of my dreams".

Some showed India becoming digital, while others showed India being prosperous in space and technology. Some visualized a happy India, while some showed the interpretation of all the 24 spokes of the Tricolor. About 50 children from various schools and colleges participated in this competition held at the Iconic School.

Anish Shinde in the school category and Khushi Bajpai in the college category got the first prize. The judges of the competition were I.I.C.D. Basu Vasnit, Principal of Iconic School, Suman Purohit and Saumya Shukla, Young Designer.
