Kerala woman who was India's first COVID-19 case tests positive again

ITDC INDIA EPRESS/ITDC NEWS R Kerala woman, who was the first person to test positive for COVID-19 in India, has tested positive for the disease again, according to reports. A medical student in China's Wuhan, she had tested positive for the novel coronavirus in January last year after she returned to India for semester break.

The woman who hails from Thrissur in Kerala tested positive for COVID-19 again four days ago, Manorama Online reported. Currently under home quarantine, she is asymptomatic. Her samples were tested as she was prepared to travel to New Delhi for study purposes. Then the RT-PCR result turned out to be positive.
